摘要
推进林业税费体制改革是实现“三个代表”重要思想的重大举措，也是落实《中共中央国务院关于加快林业发展的决定》的具体实践。目前我国林业税费还存在种类繁多、比重大，税费政策执行不规范等问题，严重制约了农民增收和林业的发展。为此，应继续执行各项林业税收优惠政策并予以规范，逐步取消农特产税和各种不合理收费，完善林业税费体制改革的相关配套措施，调动各方面的积极性，促进林业的快速发展。
