勃起功能障碍的药物治疗进展

摘要 ED是一个世界性的疾病 ,严重影响广大男性的生活质量 ,随着人们对ED的发病机理研究的进一步深入 ,目前已有很多药物可供选择 ,但各种药物不可避免地会带来一些副作用 ,本文就ED治疗的相关药物的现状、作用机理、疗效及副作用等方面作一综述。
