摘要
针对漳河水库的特点,提出了洪水水量调节计算方法;根据水库洪水调度实际,提出了临界调洪方案概念;建立了考虑下游错峰要求的临界调洪方案非线性数学模型及解算方法;以常规调度方案、临界调洪方案及调度方案拟定系统为框架,开发了漳河水库实时防洪调度方案生成系统.
Based on the characteristics of Zhanghe Reservoir, this paper put forward a regulating calculation method of the amount of water in flood period. In accordance with the dispatching practice of reservoir flood, the conception of edge scheme of flood dispatch (ESFD) has been given. A non linear model ESFD and its algorithm, which considered the demand of avoiding flood peak in lower district of reservoir, have been established. The scheme made system for real time flood dispatching of Zhanghe reservoir has been developed on the framework of conventional dispatching and ESFD and simulant system of dispatching scheme.
