摘要
阐明了水库防洪调度的基本任务,揭示了水库调洪过程涉及的若干基本问题,分析了防洪补偿调节及错峰调度方式的应用条件,提出拦蓄洪尾运用方式的风险分析方法,并探讨防洪优化调度与实时调度相联系的途径.
The basic task of the reservoir flood control dispatching is described.Some basic problems related to the reservoir flood control dispatching are revealed.The applied conditions for compensation regulating flood control and for dispatching forms of avoiding flood peaks coincidence,are analyzed.A risk analysis method for operation patterns of storing flood tail is presented.The ways for cooperating flood control optimum dispatching with real time dispatching are also discussed.
