摘要
分析并评价以国家技能标准制度(NSSA)为主要形式的美国职业能力评价体系,认为就 我国目前实行的职业资格证书制度而言,应同时保持国家技能标准与地域行业标准的合理性,加强职业 能力评价的法律法规体系建设,国家应在职业技能评价中发挥总体设计和宏观调控职能。
The author analyses the US evaluation act of career capacity which takes NSSA as its main type, regards we should maintain the reasonability of national skill standards and local industry standards, strenghten the construction of laws and regulations related to the evaluation of carear capality, in the meanwhile, country should play a role of making the overall plan and show the adjusting function in the process of evaluating career skill.
