摘要
介绍了一种利用光声信号相位拟合技术测量材料热扩散率的方法,并对不同退火温度下的纳米氧化铝的热扩散率进行了测量。结果表明:纳米氧化铝的热扩散率随退火温度的升高而减小。
A method of using photoacousis signal phase fitting to measure thermal diffusivity of material is introduced,and the diffusivity of namometer Al 2O 3 is measured at different annealing temperature.The results show that the thermal diffusivity decrease with annealing temperature elevating.
