尿路感染的病原学调查及耐药性分析

摘要 目的 分析本地区尿路感染的病原菌分布及耐药情况,指导临床合理用药。方法 对本院2000年1月~2004年5月间尿培养分离出的129株细菌的种属分布及耐药性进行分析。结果 大肠埃希氏菌为尿路感染的常见病原菌.占34.1%,其次为肠球菌属,葡萄球菌属、肠杆菌属、克雷伯菌属等。药敏试验结果显示除肠杆菌科细菌对亚安培南,肠球菌属和葡萄球菌属细菌对万古霉素100%的敏感以外,对其他抗菌药都有较高的耐药性。结论.肠杆菌科细菌、肠球菌属和葡萄球菌属细菌是尿路感染的主要致病菌,临床医生应注意其耐药性变化,合理使用抗菌药物。 Objective With analyzing the bacterial distribution and drug resistance in urinary system infection, help the clinician using antibacterials correctely. Methods 129 strains collected from patients urine specimens of our hospital during Jan 2000 - May 2004 were cul trured to detect and were sdudied drug resistance. Results Esherichia coli was the master pathogen(34. 1%) ,folloewed with Enterococcus, Staphytococcus,Enterobaeter,Klebsiella etc. Enterobacteriaceae sensitived to imipenen( 100% ),Enterococcus and staphytococcus sensitived to vancomyci( 100% ) . But they showed higher drug resistace to other antibiotics. Conclusions Enterobacterriaceae, Enterococuus and staphylo coccus were the main pathogen in urinary infection. Clinicion should pay attention to the changes of their drug resistance and use correctely.
