摘要
在推进西北少数民族地区新农村建设中,民族教育作为一切发展的基础,要优先发展,而要发展民族教育,必须构建完善的民族教育法律保障体系,实现和坚持"依法治教"。分析西北少数民族教育法律保障的现状的基础上,提出建立和完善西北少数民族教育法律保障的相应对策与建议。
Building a new socialist countryside is a great, long - term, complex systems engineering. In promoting the cause in the minority areas, national education is a top priority as a basis for the overall development. First of all, a sound legislation system must be built to protect the national education and ＂to manage education according to the law. ＂The purpose of this paper is to put forward the corresponding countenneasures.
