摘要
基于市场机制在资源配置中发挥基础作用的立场,运用随机变参CAPM模型研究投资者在各住房子市场的风险和收益率,判断各子市场的住房投资在住房总投资中比例的变化趋势。研究认为:江西省住房供应结构发展不平衡的原因是住房子市场不同的收益和风险所致,提出制定和执行宏观调控政策要有所区别的观点。
Based on the market- oriented mechanism and its basic role in allocating resources, the paper used random changing parameters CAPM to explore the investment risks and revenue rate in each housing sub - markets, the most important reason for unbalanced development in housing supply structure of Jiangxi Province. It concluded that different polices should be made to adapt to the market.
