摘要
人才要具备3个基本要素:一是知识或技能;二是创造性劳动;三是对社会有所贡献。人才的"三要素"揭示了人才的本质。人才的特性在于:人才具有社会性,表现在要为社会所需要和对社会有所贡献,人才的成长离不开社会环境,并与社会的需要和组织目标紧密相联;人才具有平等性,即各层次人才从事着不同的创造性劳动,没有高低贵贱之分,具有平等的"天赋人权";人才在一定范围内和某种程度上具有不可替代性。
Talent should satisfy there basic requirements:knowl- edge or skill,creative work and contribute to society.Talent has another there properties.Talent has properties of socialization,e- quality and non-replacement to a certain extent.
