摘要
利用冲液装置和高频窄脉宽脉冲电流,开展了镍锰合金的脉冲电铸试验。采用扫描电镜、透射电镜 及x射线衍射法对电铸层的沉积表面形貌、晶粒大小、相结构和结晶取向进行了测试与分析。
The pulse electroforming of Ni-Mn alloy is carried out by using the device with flushing electrolyte and the pulse current with high frequency. The surface morphology, crystalline size, phase structure, crystalline orientations of the electroformed layers are studied by means of SEM, TEM and XRD.
