摘要
研究了我国外墙保温技术现状,分析了工程应用中存在的消防隐患,提出了外墙保温有机材料的燃烧性能并不理想,可以采用无机材料等防火性能好的材料进行替代;通过构造防火保护面层、防火隔断和无空腔结构等手段,增强外墙保温结构的防火性能;加快制定国家规范和标准等措施。
This paper mainly focuses on investigating the application of outer-wall thermal insulation technology in China, analysises the hidden troubles in fire protection during the engineering application, aims at these problems and provides pieces of suggestions: the organic materials used in the outer-wall thermal insulation are not perfect and could be substituted by the inorganic materials; In order to enhance the fire performance of the outer-wall thermal insulation structure, we can build a fire protection layer, fire proof partition and non-cavity structure; quicken to establish national criterion with the purpose to direct outer-wall thermal insulation industry and make it develop fleetly and healthily.
