摘要
运用纳米二氧化硅粒子的制备和表面改性的"一体化",合成了高聚物-纳米二氧化硅粒子;用IR和扫描探针显微镜(SPM)对其结构进行了表征;在液体石蜡中考察了其溶解性;采用热重分析(TGA)对其热稳定性进行了评价,添加剂的起始分解温度最低为100℃,能满足一般工况条件的要求;并在四球摩擦磨损试验机上考察了其在液体石蜡中的摩擦学性能,结果表明这一类添加剂可以大幅度提高液体石蜡的极压抗磨性能.
In this paper,ploymer-nano-particls are synthesized by "one-step" preparation and surface modification of SiO2 nano-particles. Moreover,molecular structures of the compounds are confirmed by IR and SPM and their dissolution in liquid paraffin is studied. All the compounds start to thermally decompose above 100℃ ,and their heat stability is evaluated. The tribological behavior of the synthetic compounds as additives in liquid paraffin are evaluated with a four-ball machine. The results show that the compounds as additives in liquid paraffin increase the load-carrying capacity and improve the anti-wear ability.
