摘要
结合索赔的概念及产生的原因,针对清单模式下工程新索赔的主要表现形式,提出了索赔策略,强调了索赔过程中应注意的几个要点,以处理好施工索赔,从而保障施工企业的利益。
Combined with the concept of claim and its origin, and according to main expressive forms of new project claims under engineering bill pricing mode, claim strategies are proposed, as well as several points deserving attention in claims, in order to do construction claim well to protect the benefits of construction enterprises.
