对目前我国房地产业存在的财务风险及其形成原因进行了较详细的分析,并总结了房地产业财务风险的表现形式,针对这些问题提出了具体的应对措施,以保证房地产业所投资资金的合理性。
It analyzes the existing financial risk in Chinese real estate and its courses in detail, and concludes the manifestation of financial risk in real estate, aiming at these problems provides concrete countermeasures, thus ensuring the rationality of investing capital in real estate.
