摘要
结合物权法的颁布和实施,对建筑物几个特殊部分的权属问题进行了分析,具体包括楼顶平台、停车场及停车位、基地、物业用房、外墙面、楼梯、电梯等,以期对实践有一定的指导和参考意义。
Combining with the promulgation and implementation of the property low, the author analyzes the right problems of some special parts in building, including the platform above the roof, the parking lot and parking space, the base, property housing, external wall surface, stair and elevator, so as to provide certain guiding and reference significance for practice.
