摘要
针对建筑工程质量的重要性,从设计、施工、使用等方面指出和分析了既有建筑工程在质量安全上存在的问题,并对如何改进做了思考性的建议,从而提高人们对既有建筑工程质量安全性的认识。
Aiming at the importance of architectural engineering quality, the haven-built buildings existing problems in quality safety were pointed out and analyzed from design, construction and using aspect, the suggestions about how to improve were given to enhance people＇s knowledge on haven-built architectural engineering quality safety.
