摘要
针对污水处理建设工程项目管理的特征,证实了加强城市污水处理工程项目管理前期决策的重要性,指出应重视考虑项目建设规模、污水处理工艺、融资方案的合理性,以期充分实现其项目投资的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
Aiming at the characteristics of wastewater treatment construction project management, the importance of enhancing city wastewater treatment proiect management early decision-making is confirmed, the researchers also point out that it better to pay attention to project construction scale, wastewater treatment technology and the rationality of financing scheme, so as to fully realize its project investment＇s economieal benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit.
