摘要
从城市设计的角度对滨水居住区的规划设计进行了论述,指出城市化的进程加速了城市的更新和发展,社区的"都市化"风格符合区域城市整体风格的协调,现代小区中"新都市主义"不仅体现在建筑风格上,还在于整体的景观设计,从而使小区在宁静、优美的氛围中展现出深深的文化内涵。
The planning design of waterfront residential district is discussed from point of city design, researchers point out that the process of urbanization speeds up the renew and development of city, and the urbanization style of the community accords with coordinate of area city whole style, the new urbanism in modem district reflects not only on building style, but also on the whole landscape design, thus letting the district show deep culture connotation in the. atmosphere of tranquility and graceful.
