基于全球价值链的中小企业集群升级研究

摘要 伴随着经济一体化和全球化的发展,世界生产和分配体系出现了前所未有的分离和重构。全球价值链理论是在这一大背景下产生的动态的分析工具。本文回顾了全球价值链理论的形成过程及主要内容,然后用全球价值链理论分析了发展中国家中小企业集群同全球经济的联系。最后,对发展中国家中小企业集群和集群内企业的升级提出了一些政策建议。
