摘要
我国煤层气资源十分丰富,但还处于煤层气开发的初期阶段,合理开采煤层气对优化我国能源结构具有重要意义。目前,国内外对煤层气的地面排采主要有杆泵法、螺杆泵法、电潜泵法、气举法等。本文运用模糊数学的方法建立煤层气排采方式评价模型,主要以排液量、煤粉、细砂影响、井斜影响、气体影响等技术指标和经济耗费等方面作为影响因素对煤层气排采方式进行模糊评价,给出了煤层气井排采优化设计方案和评价目标,提出了适合中国煤层气开发的排采工艺措施及今后的发展方向。
China is rich in coal bed methane resources but is still in its early stage. Reasonable exploitation of coal bed methane is good to optimize the energy structure of China. At present, the main production means for coal bed methane are beam pumping unit combine with mechanical pump, progressive cavity pump, elec- tric submersible pump and air lift. This paper uses fuzzy mathematics to establish the evaluation model of coal bed methane production, mainly taking liquid withdrawal rate, the impact of coal and fine sand, the impact of well deviation, the impact of gas, economic cost and other aspects as the impact factors to evaluate coal bed methane production. It also proposes optimized design scheme and evaluation target of coal bed methane. At last, it puts forward the production measure which is fit for the exploration of Chinese coal bed methane as well as its future direction of development.
