摘要
公正是人类社会具有永恒价值的基本理念和基本行为准则。经济全球化、市场经济的实践、社会主义初级阶段的现实等构成我国构建社会公正与和谐社会的逻辑起点。构建公正与和谐社会,需要重新认识"效率优先兼顾公平"的提法、尊重和维护产权、建立公正的市场竞争规则和秩序、合理配置政府权力、切实保障弱势群体的生存权和发展权等。
Justice is the basic idea and conduct code of eternal value in human society. Economic globalization, market-oriented economy and the initial stage of socialism constitute the logical starting point for our country to construct social justice and a harmonious society. In order to build justice and a harmonious society, we need understand the formulation of efficiency first but considering justice as well from a new angle, respect and protect property right, establish just regulation and order for market competition, reasonably dispose governmental power and be sure to protect the living and developing privilege of the weak community etc..
