摘要
中外合资企业面对的标准化与本土化两大经营管理策略的选择之争,是中国对外经济合作领域和学术界长期关注和争论不休的课题。文章从跨文化的视角出发,将标准化与本土化两种经营策略置于辩证统一的有机体加以考察,通过中美两大管理文化的比较研究,以中美合资企业长安福特马自达汽车公司为典型案例,探讨了跨文化管理的成功经验,提出对于解决中外合资企业标准化与本土化冲突具有创建性和普遍借鉴价值的新观点。
The debate on selection of standardization strategy and localization strategy, the two operational and management strategies, confronted by Sino-Foreign joint ventures, is a topic of endless debate focused by the field of foreign economic cooperation and academic circles. This paper takes standardization strategy and localization strategy as dialectical and unified organism to analyze it in a cross-cultural perspective. Based on comparative study on Chinese and American management cultures, take Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Company, a Sino-American joint venture, as an example, we analyze successful experiences of cross-cultural management, and propose creative new viewpoints with universal reference value for resolving the problem of standardization and localization conflict in Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures.
