摘要
中国居民之间的收入分配差距日益扩大,对中国和谐社会建设构成了严重的威胁。文章通过对政府公共支出与全国居民收入分配差距、城乡居民收入分配差距以及东西部地区居民收入分配差距的关系进行实证研究,分析表明政府公共支出在1978-2007年对中国居民的收入分配起到了负面效应,并提出完善中国公共支出的结构和规模以促进城镇内部居民之间、农村内部居民之间、城乡居民之间、不同区域居民之间缩小收入分配差距的建议。
The income distribution gap among residents becomes increasingly larger, which threats the harmonious society constructions in China. Based on the empirical research on the relationship between government public expenditure and the income gap of the national residents, residents in urban and rural areas, residents in eastern and western regions, analysis shows that public expenditure has a negative effect on the income distribution of Chinese residents. This paper puts forward sugestions on how to improve public financial expenditure structure and scale in order to narrow the income distribution gap.
