摘要
缄默知识是一种独立存在的知识类型,它在大学生实践能力形成过程中具有非常重要的作用。与显性知识不同,缄默知识不能通过言语方式进行传递,只能在实践中通过个人亲身经验获得。因此,只有通过加强实践环节,才能真正发挥其应有作用。
Tacit knowledge is an independent knowledge and plays an important role in forming the college students′ practical skill.It′s different from the explicit knowledge that tacit knowledge can not be transmitted by language,and we only can get it through personal practice.Therefore only when we strengthen the practice can we make full use of tacit knowledge.
