职业生涯设计要求根据个人兴趣、特点,将自己定位在一个最能发挥长处的位置,以最大限度地实现自我价值。职业生涯设计实质上是追求最佳职业生涯的过程,它由审视自我、确立目标、生涯策略、生涯评估四个环节组成。
Career design requests that post oneself in a position for most developing strength according to the personal interest,characteristics to realizes the self-worth as soon as possible.Essence of the career design is a process to pursue the best career.It concludes ego-examine,establishment target,career strategy,and career evaluation.
