摘要
上海港是我国最大的综合性港口,而物流在上海国际航运中心建设中有着非常重要的作用,文中正是运用SWOT分析方法对上海港的物流建设进行分析,明确其优势和劣势,分析其面临的机遇和威胁,并制定相应的策略,对上海港物流中心的建设、增强上海国际航运中心综合竞争力具有重要意义。
Shanghai is the larges port in China and logistics plays a very important roll in the construction of International Shipping Center. Furthermore, the method of SWOT has been used to analyze and appraise the competitive of Shanghai＇s port logistics. The result shows it has some strengths, weakness. opportunities and threats. On the basis of the present competitive advantages, easily operative strategic measures must be taken and coherent development steps must be laid out to eliminate the disadvantages and promote the advantages. These measures have deeply effect on the construction of logistics centre and International Shipping Center.
