摘要 在埋地管道综合检测项目中,如何准确评价管道沿线的土壤腐蚀性是一大难题,目前,国内在多项指标综合评价方面尚无一套成型的方法。在此利用模糊数学分析的方法,将土壤的腐蚀性评价指标进行赋值,建立了模糊评价矩阵模型,利用灰色关联分析法求出了各评价因素权重系数,对埋地管道沿线土壤的腐蚀强度进行综合评价和分类,并在实际的检测中验证了方法的可行性,为土壤的腐蚀性评价提供了一种有效的手段,为减少管道腐蚀事故的发生和管道的预防性维修提供依据。 In the project of comprehensive inspection of underground pipeline, how to accurately evaluate the soil corrosiveness along the underground pipeline is a quite difficult subject. At present, there is no mature method yet in domestic multi-index comprehensive evaluation. In this paper, the fuzzy mathematics analysis method is used to give values for corrosiveness evaluation terms and set up fuzzy evaluation matrix model. Then, the weighting factors of various evaluation elements may be derived by the grey correlation analysis method. The comprehensive evaluation and classification for corrosion strength of soil along the underground pipeline could be completed. The previous method has been proved to be feasible in practical inspection, and appraised as an effective measure for soil corrosiveness evaluation. It provides also the basis to decrease the pipeline corrosive accident and to execute the preventive maintenance for pipeline.
