摘要
采用胶束聚合法制备了丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-丙磺酸钠/全氟己基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯三元含氟碳基团的水溶性疏水缔合共聚物,用傅里叶变换红外光谱对该共聚物的结构进行了表征,用热重分析研究了它的热稳定性。表面张力测定结果表明,该共聚物在临界胶束浓度处的表面张力达到33.7mN/m;溶液的表观黏度测定结果表明,该共聚物具有较好的缔合性质和耐温耐盐性能;动态激光光散射表征结果显示,该共聚物聚集体的平均流体力学半径(Rh)随温度的升高而增大,在钙离子存在时,该共聚物聚集体的Rh随钙盐溶液质量浓度的增加变化不大,表明其具有较强的抗钙能力。
Water soluble hydrophobic associative acrylamide-sodium 2-acrylamido-2- methylpropanesulfonate-perfluorohexylethyl methacrylate terpolymer containing fluorocarbon group were synthesized by emulsion copolymerization. Structure, composition and thermal stability of the terpolymer were characterized by means of elemental analysis, FTIR and TG. Investigation of product surface tension as a function of concentration of the terpolymer aqueous solution showed that the terpolymer was surface-active. Surface tension of the terpolymer in water solution approached 33.7 mN/m at critical micelle concentration. Apparent viscosity of the terpolymer aqueous solution showed that the terpolymer has remarkable hydrophobic association property and good salt tolerance. Dynamic light scattering experiments showed that aggregates average hydrodynamic radius (Rh) of the terpolymer in aqueous solution increased along with rising of temperature. In presence of CaCl2 solution and in terpolymer solutions with different concentrations, the relation of Rh varied with concentrations of CaCl2 solution trended to be convergent, which indicated that the resistance of terpolymer to calcium salt solution was quite strong.
