摘要
从下游用户对天然气价格敏感程度的差异出发,分析了各类用户需求价格弹性的不同,得出天然气市场需求曲线,据此论证天然气价格实行政府监管和分类用户价格的必要性。在说明价格过低对下游市场发展造成的负面影响后,指出价格调整的重要意义,并以陕西省天然气市场为例,研究气价变化对各类用户的影响,最后提出了价格改革的政策建议。
According to different sensitive degrees of downstream users for natural gas price, and different price demand elasticity for different users, natural gas market demand curve is formed. It's necessary for implementing government supervision for natural gas and user price classification. Taking Shanxi natural gas market as a example, impacts of natural gas price changes on all kinds of users are analyzed. Finally, policy advices on price reform are formed.
