摘要
针对公路建设各阶段对自然环境的影响和破坏,结合工程实例,系统地提出相应的环保措施和步骤,并对公路建设项目环境影响评价和后评价的目的、作用及差别进行分析和比较,对公路建设中的环保工作具有十分重要的现实意义,可供公路工程相关人员参考和借鉴。
Aiming at the influence and destruction of highway construction in each stage on en- vironment and combining with engineering cases, corresponding environmental protection measures and processes are proposed, the purpose, effect and differences of evaluation and post-evaluation of the impact of highway construction projects on environment are analyzed and compared, which has very important practical significance for environmental protection work in highway construction and can be consulted by correlative personnel of highway engineering.
