长寿命沥青混凝土路面公路的设计、施工和运营管理是一个复杂的系统工程,只有设计人员、施工人员、养护人员以及运营管理人员通力协作,才能延长公路的使用寿命,从而使公路产生更大的经济效益和社会效益。
The design, construction and operational management of long service life asphalt concrete pavement highway are complex systems engineering. Only through the concerted effort of designers, constructors, maintenance personnel and managers can the service life of highway be prolonged, thus the highway will produce more economic and social benefits.
