Methods and Techniques of how to Claim for Compensation in Project
摘要
工程建设项目具有一次性(单件性)、体形庞大、施工周期长的特点,这些特点决定了项目实施过程中经常会发生许多不可预见的事件,因此工程索赔成为工程项目建设过程中不可避免的重要环节。本文通过对工程索赔理论的理解,探讨并介绍工程索赔处理中如何保证索赔成功的各种技巧。
