摘要
通过文献资料和问卷调查等方法,对高校高水平排球运动员培养模式的现状进行调查与分析,选择符合我国社会政治、经济现阶段实际情况需要的运动员培养模式。结果表明:我国运动员的培养模式存在诸多问题,现阶段高校高水平排球运动员的培养模式以学校自办培养学生运动员为主,有着良好的发展趋势。
With the research methods of literature study and questionnaire investigation, we have investigated and analysed the current training model of high qualified volleyball atheletes in university.A training model which adapts to Chinese society, politics, and economy was given. There are many problems in the training model of athletes, but the training model of high qualified volleyball athletes in school-running university tend be well.
