摘要
农村法治化的程度决定着社会主义新农村建设的成败,探索农村法治化的主要途径,并将理论研究成果转化为具体的法制建设措施,丰富依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的伟大实践,是理论界的一大任务。
The effectiveness of building the socialist new countryside is decided by the degree of legality in rural society.As to the academic circles,some of which heavy responsibilities are seeking main ways to legalize rural society,putting theoretical achievements into concrete legal constructing practice,and enriching great practice of legal governance,socialist rule by law country construction.
