摘要
将组合、串联对抗练习应用于排球专选课教学中,实验后对学生技术能力,比赛能力的检验结果表明:实验班学生在掌握规范技术动作的基础上有效提高了比赛能力。通过问卷调查得知,组合、串联对抗练习能充分调动学生的积极性主动性,激发学习兴趣,是提高教学质量行之有效的教学方法。
After the experiment of combination and series antagonistic practice used in volleyball selective course, the results on students＇ technical ability and the ability shows that experimental students have mastered the technical norms on the basis of effective action to improve the ability to match. The questionnaire reveals that the combination and series antagonistic practice can mobilize the their enthusiasm and initiative, and stimulate their interest in learning, thus it is an effective teaching method to improve the quality of teaching.
