摘要
硒是植物体内十分重要的微量元素。低浓度的硒能刺激硒积聚植物的生长,而强烈地抑制硒非积聚植物的生长。通过盆栽试验,研究了施用不同浓度的硒对大豆各生育期植株中N、P、K含量分布的影响,研究表明1)大豆植株各部位中的氮含量随着施硒浓度的增加变化较复杂。不同生育期各处理中氮含量在叶中最多,大致分布为叶>根>茎。2)苗期植株中的磷含量显著高于其它生育期。3)大豆植株中的钾含量以籽粒中最高,但硒处理对其影响不明显。
Selenium is an important trace element in plant. The lower concentration of selenium can stimulate to the growth of selenium-agglomerating plant, but restraint intensely the growth of selenium non-agglomerating plant. Pot experiments was conducted to study the influences on the contents of N, P and K in various period of plants when different densities of selenium were applied to the soybean plant. The results showed that: 1) The Nitrogen content of soybean plant changes more complex as the concentration of selenium increased. The most nitrogen content is leaf in the different stages, it is distributed by leaf〉 root〉 stem. 2) The phosphorus content in the seedling plants was significantly higher than other times. 3) The most potassium content in the soybean plants is grain, the contents can been increased when selenium is higher.
