摘要
本文对目前国内外公路工程环境监理开展概况进行了综述。首先,对发达国家的公路工程环境监理做法和经验做了介绍,然后对国内公路工程环境监理进行了概述,重点介绍了三个监理试点及其他一些重点公路实施工程环境监理工作和研究的概况。通过对国内外情况的综述,总结了公路工程环境监理的主要模式、方法和内容,并阐述了国内环境监理取得的工作成果和环境绩效。最后,指出了目前国内公路工程环境监理工作存在的问题,并提出了解决问题、进一步开展公路工程环境监理工作的意见和建议。
It is a review on environment supervision of highway engineering in this article.Firstly,it is introduced that the experience of environment supervision of highway engineering in developed country. Secondly,it is shown that the experience of environment supervision of highway engineering in our country. It is emphasized that the contents and research of the three experimental engineering and some other important highway projects.By summing-up the experience,it is concluded the primary mode,ways and contents of environment supervision of highway engineering,and also illustrated the achievements in our country.At last,it is pointed out the problems of environment supervision of highway engineering in our country,and it is also brought forward the advice for developing environment supervision of highway engi- neering better.
