摘要
2006年秋季以元宝枫叶片为试材,采用生理生化分析方法,研究了元宝枫芽变品种与普通品种叶片发育过程中花色素苷含量与PAL活性、含水量的动态变化规律以及它们之间的相关关系,结果表明:元宝枫芽变品种叶片在变色期间花色素苷含量高于普通品种,且与普通品种间存在着极显著差异,芽变品种中PAL活性变化差异显著性大于普通品种,含水量高于普通品种。秋叶花色素苷含量与PAL活性之间呈正相关关系,与含水量呈负相关关系。元宝枫上位叶与下位叶中花色素苷含量、PAL活性与含水量均存在一定的差异。
The experiment was carried out in the autumn of 2006. Two Acer cultivars were used to investigate the changes of anthocyanin content and PAl. activity, moisture content. The result showed that anthocyanin content in the mutant cultivar was significantly higer than that in the common cultivar. PAL activity in the leaf of mutant cultivar was significantly higer than that in the common eultivar. There was positive correlation between anthocyanin content and PAL activity'and negative correlattion between anthocyanin and moisture content in Acer leaf. Difference existed for anthocyanin content, PAIr activity and moisture content between upper and lower leaves.
