摘要
本文通过对我国国际性中心城市发展的战略问题研究；认为：①经济全球化，世界经济增长重心的东移以及我国经济的高速发展，有力地促进了中国城市的国际化与国际性中心城市的发展；②调整经济结构，发展以创新机制为代表的新兴产业，是我国国际性中心城市跻身世界竞争前列的必然之路；③和平与发展是当今时代的主旋律，上海与香港的合作，托起亚洲城市链，构建大中华经济圈，将有利于中国与亚太地区的经济繁荣．
There are three main points which focus on the topic above in this paper, such as: (1) globalisation of world economy and development of Chinese economy forward the internationalization of Chinese metropolises, (2) adjustment of economic structure is the only road of developing international central metropolises in Chjna; (3) co-operation between Shanghai and HongKong will benefit each other and forward economic prosperity for the Asia- Pacific Rim.
