摘要
以连续采煤机设计参数为研究对象,建立了不同块煤产量与参数之间的目标函数、设计变量和约束条件。利用Matlab软件中的遗传算法在非线性问题优化中的优越性,对连续采煤机不同块煤产量进行了优化,得到了不同块煤产量的最优值时连续采煤机的设计参数。通过比较优化前后目标函数值,可知优化后的结果明显好于优化前,这对设计参数的选择有一定的指导意义,同时也有利于提高煤炭企业的经济效益。
The continuous miner design parameters are taken as object of study,the different lump coal target function is built between output and the parameters,and the variables and constraint condition are designed. Making use of genetic algorithms superiority in optimizing in nonlinearity problem in Matlab software,the continuous miner different lump coal production is optimized,and continuous miner design parameters of a different lump coal production are obtained at the optimal values.By comparing objective function values before and after optimization the optimized results are clearly better than the former,the choice of the design parameters are some significance,and is conducive to improving the economic efficiency of coal enterprises.
