摘要
在介绍了连轧管机中的辊隙控制的液压伺服控制系统的基础上,对该系统实际生产中的出现的油温过高故障进行了系统地分析,找出了故障产生的原因,并提出了该液压伺服系统稳定工作的改造方案。实践证明,修改设计后的液压系统能满足钢管精确轧制的要求。
Based on the introduction of hydraulic Automatic Gauge control system of tube rolling mills,fault of oil temperature in the practice of hydraulic control system are analyzed,and also the causes of hydraulic system oil sources and hydraulic elements are found out.Meanwhile,some improved methods to keep the hydraulic servo system stable are brought out.The experimental results have shown that the modified hydraulic system can fit the high precise rolling to the tube.
