摘要
采用生物法同步脱硫脱氮成为国内外的一项新技术,具有工艺设备简单、能耗低、运行费用低、二次污染少的优势。目前废气的生物法脱硫脱氮仅有一种方法,即采用硫酸盐还原菌、脱氮硫杆菌通过不同菌种的协同作用,将NOx转化为对环境无害的N2,同时SO2转化为单质硫从环境中脱除。其中异养厌氧菌硫酸盐还原菌在添加有机碳源,pH 7.5,35℃的环境条件下,能将SO2吸收转化为硫化物,作为脱氮硫杆菌的电子供体。既是硫杆菌又是反硝化菌的脱氮硫杆菌,在厌氧条件下,以NO3-为电子受体,氧化硫化物和硫氧化物为硫酸盐的同时还原硝酸盐为氮气。若调整好反应条件,可将脱硫反应产物控制为单质硫,不仅治污彻底,还可获得一定的经济效益。研究表明,工业废气生物法的同步脱硫脱氮具有可行的理论依据,目前已成为废气生物处理的发展新趋势。
Simultaneous biological removal of nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides is a new technology abroad and at home,because it has the advantages of simple technics,low cost and less pollutants.Nowadays there is only a technic way to remove nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide with the cooperation of Sulphate Reducing Bacteria(SRB) and Thiobacillus denitrificans,as convert NOx to N2 while changing SO2 into element sulfur taken from the polluted environment.During this biological procession,heterotrophic anaerobic SRB can absorb and reduce SO2 to sulphide which act as the electron donor of Thiobacillus denitrificans,under the condition of pH 7.5,35℃ and adding organic carbon source.Thiobacillus denitrificans is subordinated to Thiobacillus and denitrifiers,it can reduce NO-3 to N2 while oxidizing sulphide and sulfur dioxide to sulfate.We hope to get the final products of element sulfur by controlling the biological reaction condition,not only because of treating the pollutants completely but also it can bring us economy benefits.The study of simultaneous biological removal of nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides shows that this method is viable in theory and will become a new trend of biological disposal on industrial waste gases.
