中海长兴国际船务工程有限公司是中海集团下属的一家大型修造船企业,但机遇与挑战并存.根据波特的五力模型,购买者、同行业竞争者、供应商、潜在进入者和替代品等五个方面是中海长兴国际船务工程有限公司的五种竞争力.在五种竞争分析中,尤其需要重点关注的是同行业竞争者,竞争者有分为国内竞争者和国际竞争者.对应国内竞争者的竞争,中海长兴应在己经领先的基础上,应该争取建立起绝对的竞争优势,拉大领先距离.同时中海长兴应利用自身劳动力成本优势,积极向国外先进修船企业学习,争取快速发展,缩小与国外先进修船企业在技术、管理方而的差距.
China Shipping International Shipyard Co.,Ltd.(Changxing),called CSIS Changxing,is a big ship repair & building enterprise under China Shipping Group.For CSIS Changxing,both of opportunity and challenge are existing.Among five forces such as buyer,competitor,supplier,potential competitor and substitution of CSIS Changxing Shipyard,the competitor is most important,which includes domestic and overseas competitor.CSIS Changxing is to be more advanced by absolute advantage.In the meantime,CSIS Changxing should learn more from the first-class overseas yards in the technique and management by faster development with low labour cost.
