采用小直径芯样检验结构混凝土抗压强度取值的探讨 被引量:9

摘要 对于常用的直径70mm和50mm小芯样 ,其试验强度明显小于直径100mm的标准芯样试验强度和同条件150mm立方体试块强度 ,并随直径减小而减小 ,故小直径芯样的换算立方体强度不能按现行规程公式计算。小直径芯样试压强度的变异性较大 ,建议取芯数量适当增加 ,以保证检测强度的可靠性。在取芯尺寸允许情况下 ,优先选用直径70mm芯样 ,以减小变异性增大的不利影响。 According to the general practice of small diameter prestressed wires of 70 mm and 50 mm,their compressive strength of prestressed concrete are clearly smaller than that of 100 mm diameter standard prestressed wires,and that of 150 mm cubic specimen's compressive strength,and as a result,the smaller the diameter the lower the compressive strength.Therefore,the calculation of cubic compressive strength of small diameter prestressed wires should not apply the current code's formula.Because the compressive strength of prestressed wires fluctuates rather widely,it is suggested,therefore,that the number of prestressed wires should be increased properly so that the reliability of compressive strength could be guaranteed.So far as the dimension of prestressed wires could be well adopted with 70 mm diameter prestressed wires,therefore,as a result,the compressive strength's fluctuation could be thus reduced considerably.
