无水炮泥使用效果的综合分析

摘要 根据济钢1 750 m3高炉炮泥的使用情况,提出了判断炮泥使用效果的标准:铁口深度,应取一段时间内的综合值进行分析,采用铁口深度频率图可以综合判断泥包的情况;炮泥的操作性能,受设备影响较大,采取开口机通水雾化冷却的办法可有效降低开口时间,炮泥生成厂家应根据季节温度变化调整炮泥的马夏值;出铁时间,受出铁间隔时间和高炉上料量的影响。 According to the service state of waterless taphole clay in 1 750 m3 BF of Jinan Steel,three standards were established for judging the application effect.The first,the depth of taphole,its analysis must base on the comprehensive values of some time.The frequency graph of taphole-depth can be used to judge the shape of clay block;The second,operating performance of the waterless taphole clay,which is effected greatly by the equipment in the taphole area of BF.The opening time of taphole can be reduced effectively by water-atomizing cooling in taphole driller.The Marshall value of clay should be adjusted by the change of temperature in different season.The third,tapping time,which is effected by the tapping interval time and feeding amount of BF.
