摘要
采用高掺量粉煤灰和优质混凝土外加剂配制低水泥用量混凝土 ,水泥水化热低 ,混凝土可施工性强 ,体积稳定性高 ,强度力学性能完全满足设计要求 ,耐久性好。工程应用表明 ,采用这种混凝土可节省水泥用量30 %左右 ,缩短施工周期1/3 ,减少模板配置量30% ,节省工程造价约62元/ ,技术经济效益显著。
Application of rich coal ash and high quality adimixture to produce concrete with low consumption of cement,so that cement′s hydrationheat could be reduced,the workability of concrete could be increased,and the stability of volume could be assured,Thus,the concrete′s strength property could fulfill the requirement of design.and with a good reliability.Engineering practices have indicated that:1,adopting this kind of concrete could be saving of cement comsumption about 30%,2,shortening of construction period 1/3,3,reducing formwork 30%,and 4,saving construction cost 62 yuan/.In conclusion,their economical benefits are good.
