摘要
针对一种小孔节流多孔供气闭式结构的高速静压球轴承,采用有限元方法,分析了动静压混合润滑承载性能,得到气膜上的压力分布规律。在此基础上,求解并分析了转子旋转速度以及轴承设计气膜间隙、供气压力等对径向和轴向承载能力、刚度、润滑姿态角的影响规律,并比较了动静压混合润滑和纯静压润滑的不同。
In order to analyze the effect of rotation on load carrying capacity of a hybrid gas spherical bearing compensated by two-rows of orifices,a theoretical study using finite element method(FEM) was presented.On the basis of theoretical analysis,influences of spin speed,average gas film thickness and supplying pressure to radial and axial load carrying capacity and stiffness are analyzed.The comparison of performances between hydrostatic and hybrid state of the bearing is also been presented.
