摘要
本文在介绍了国内供热行业的管理现状后,提出了集中供热计量收费计算机管理系统的设计方案。该方案的设计思想与实现方法不仅可用于热能计量收费,也适用于水资源计量收费。
Introducing managing present situstion of thermal industry at home in the paper,I put forward a designing of plan of computer managing system in measuring and charging of central thermal supply. The designed thought and achieved method of the plan could be used not only in the measuring and charging of thermal energy but also in that of the source of water.
