摘要
通过对湖南省16所普通高校开展课余体育竞赛活动现状的调查,全面了解当前高校课余体育竞赛的开展情况以及存在的问题,目的在于通过研究引起高校学校领导、体育教师以及大学生对课余体育竞赛的高度重视,全面提高课余体育竞赛开展的质量和水平。研究认为当前湖南省高校课余体育竞赛管理混乱,部分高校对课余体育竞赛的重视程度不够,大学生参加的课余体育竞赛组织形式单一。要提高高校课余体育竞赛的整体水平,首先,学校领导要改变观念,加强学生对课余体育竞赛正确认识的引导。其次,学校制定课余体育竞赛相关政策,加强对课余体育竞赛的组织与管理,不断优化课余体育竞赛环境。
This study takes a survey on the situation and existing problems of after - class P. E contest in 16 common and high schools in Huuan province in order to make the leaders pay more attention on this problem and take some steps to improve it. The result shows that some universities dont take it seriously on after- class P. E contest. As a result, after- class P. E contest is in misorder with simple organizing ways. Finally this paper raises some countermeasures as follows： the leaders in universities should change their concept and guide the students in right ways; at the same time, set up some policies and strengthen the organization and management, optimizing the circumstance.
